Welcome: The 1st IBRO-APRC Georgian School of Neuroscience Traning and Research


It is a pleasure to welcome you to the “First IBRO-APRC Georgian School of Neuroscience Training and Research. This IBRO School is organized by the International Center for Neuroscience Research in partnership with Direction of Human and Animal Physiology and Iv. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in Georgia during 10-15 September 2020.

“IBRO-APRC Georgian School of Neuroscience Training and Research” is going to invite MDs, Masters, Ph.D students, Postdoctoral fellows and young faculty members to provide them with a 5 days opportunity to gain some basic to advanced knowledge in the area of Neuroscience research with lecturing and practical workshops. The key areas which are going to be mainly addressed will include behavioral, cellular & molecular and electrophysiological methodology in neuroscience with respect to theoretical and practical aspects. The main topic of school is “Recent Advances in Neurodegenerative Diseases and their Therapies”. The participants are encouraged to submit their abstracts for presentation. Other activities will include students’ poster presentations, Q&A sessions and exhibitions related to brain function and brain disorders.
